Teen Counseling
Uncertainty, change, and new emotions influence our every thought and behavior. Teenage years are some of the most challenging as they are transitioning to be an adult. Creating a better connection and understanding your teen is important to healthy and happy development.
Stress, hormones, and life changes all complicate an already difficult time in a teens life. We will develop the skills and confidence to grow and make positive life choices.
Group Counseling
Groups offer a unique opportunity to learn from peers and learn therapeutic life skills together. Expressing yourself to peers and hearing their reactions and understanding of a situation is validating. Learn how others address similar challenges of your own.
We currently offer two types of group counseling: “DBT Skills Group” for Young Adults and “Man to Man” for Adult Men.
